They are often tailored to your specific preferences such as specific leather, color combination, thread color preferences are not eligible for a refund or exchange. We recommend thoroughly reviewing all product details on our site and submitting precise information during the ordering process to guarantee your satisfaction upon delivery. Due to the unique nature of these products, we are unable to offer them for resale. These items are final sale.

IN-STOCK ITEMS.
all in-stock items can be returned within 21 days. Review all website photos as items are unique. We only saddle stitch our leather goods, this occasionally results in a less uniform line when stitching. In the event of dissatisfaction with the product, please initiate the return process by contacting us at info@maisonalfredo.com. Please note a 15% restock fee applies and the customer is responsible for return shipping cost. Items must be unworn and in original packaging.

DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
